FAQ

Why is the timer sound not playing or the notification not firing?

Please check the following settings on your device:

Notification Permissions: Go to Settings > Notifications > Cyber Pomo and ensure that “Allow Notifications” and “Sounds” are both enabled.
Silent Mode: Make sure your device is not in Silent Mode. The switch on the side of your iPhone should not be showing orange.
Focus / Do Not Disturb: Check if a Focus mode (like Do Not Disturb) is active, as it may silence notifications. You can add Cyber Pomo as an allowed app in your Focus settings.

Does the app work in the background?

Due to iOS limitations, apps cannot run continuously in the background. Cyber Pomo relies on local notifications to alert you when a timer session ends. For the app to work as expected while in the background or when the screen is locked, notification permissions must be granted (see above).

How do I reset my stats?

Currently, the app does not have a feature to reset statistics. All data is stored locally on your device. If you need to reset it, the only way is to delete and reinstall the app.
